As someone passionate about competitive and team sports, two key elements are particularly important for me: Bringing people together and collectively achieving goals. I find it incredibly exciting how to develop, grow, and establish organizations on a human level. Because ultimately that’s what drives businesses, any organization and also sport teams: the people, its structures and their culture. I enjoy working at the intersection of business and psychology combining perspectives to shape strategy, org design and culture in a meaningful way.
