Over the past few years at Google, I’ve had the chance to work closely with organizations of all sizes—startups, mid-market companies, and large enterprises—across a wide range of industries in Switzerland and Austria. As a Workspace Specialist, my focus is helping customers evaluate Google Workspace as their core collaboration platform and showing them how to unlock real business value with it. One of the most exciting parts of my role is helping teams understand how Gen AI, now built into Workspace, can transform the way they work. Whether it’s speeding up communication, improving content creation, or cutting down repetitive tasks - my goal is to demonstrate how AI can actually make a measurable difference in everyday productivity. I work directly with decision-makers, IT leaders, and end users to guide strategic discussions, enable hands-on evaluations, and provide insights into how Workspace fits into their digital transformation goals. It’s not just about features - it’s about helping customers shift the way they work to be more agile, secure, and effective.
