ABOUT MORITZ BORGMANN
I have a long track record in executive management as well as management consulting and transaction advisory in the energy transition sector. I was chief commercial officer of solar cell and module manufacturer Meyer Burger, partner at boutique cleantech advisory firm Apricum and a semiconductor startup founder. I support corporates, investors and startups as a senior advisor, independent board member and interim manager. My mission is to accelerate the energy transition – with solar (including manufacturing, but not only), digital transformation of energy systems and “hard tech” being my key focus areas. I am passionate about building successful businesses that help mitigating the climate crisis. I mainly advise on growth strategy, business development, sales and marketing, building corporate cultures, growth financing, venture capital and M&A transactions.
