ABOUT MORITZ BENCHIEB

As a People Development Advisor at the Notary Chamber of Baden-Württemberg, I work at the intersection of vocational training, public sector HR, and institutional communication. I design and coordinate development programs for notarial staff, liaise with training providers and government bodies, and support the Chamber’s outreach and modernization efforts.Prior to this, I gained experience in diplomacy, public affairs, and business development – including at the Permanent Mission of Germany to the UN in New York, the GIZ in Berlin, and in chamber roles in the Gulf region. I hold a Double Degree Master’s in Political Science from the University of Konstanz and Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). My background combines legal-professional HR work in the German public sector with a broader interest in European integration, multilateral cooperation and forward-looking personnel development – both at national and international level.
