I\'ve been lucky enough to have experienced firsthand the many of the innovation waves over the past 30 years from a variety of viewpoints. First as a Programmer, Programmer-Systems /Analyst and then joining/leading a team supporting a computer and telephony network buildout starting from a single department of 45 and growing it to a to a campus of I then moved to the Vendor/Channel side of the equation and for the last 20 years have been providing guidance and leadership to bring the right solutions to bear for customers and partners in the areas of networking, telephony and videoconferencing with emphasis over the last few years on \"as a service\" models for software, video and infrastructure.
