About Jake Morin
I grew up in a family owned and operated business dedicated to building custom homes in Apex, Wake Forest, Durham and other surrounding Raleigh areas. Biltmore Homes provided a nurturing background and work experience leading into the start of a four year undergraduate program at East Carolina University. After graduating from East Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, I launched my professional career with a local Raleigh builder responsible for the most green certified homes in North Carolina, Homes by Dickerson. After gaining a great deal of experience in single family construction, I stepped into the production realm with Stanley Martin Homes seeking to broaden my building experience in terms of product type, construction methods, company structure, and vendor affiliations just to name a few.
