Facilitate sharing of literacy resources and coordinate professional development and curriculum internalization processes.• Identify shared professional development opportunities for staff at different schools and coordinate all related logistics. • Plan, create, and implement other literacy professional development.• Determine milestones, benchmarks, etc, to allow for effective progress monitoring in literacy sessions. • Provides guidance and leadership in the development of Literacy workshops, research and publications projects, and support for Literacy meetings.• Assists Literacy Cohorts and Mentors to improve English Language Arts instruction techniques and improve overall student achievement.• Communicates clear expectations and goals for the Center for Success Network.• Demonstrate a commitment to antiracism and the affirmation of student and staff identities, center racial equity and inclusion, and bring practical solutions to issues of equity and inclusion in classrooms.• Collaborate with Directors to create a coherent strategy to increase the proportion of students working on grade level, adjusting strategy and approach to achieve desired outcomes.• Support collaborative, strategic, and cross-departmental efforts to drive impact and/or organizational effectiveness.• Contribute to cross-departmental efforts to support funding partners.• Serve as an organizational representative on advisory councils/committees as assigned.•Manage and controls budgets related to the position. Ensures program operates within budget.•Create an agenda and lead daily preprogram, end of the day, and weekly debrief meetings.•Manage the bussing transportation, with input from the CEC director, including routes and drop off/pick up times•Manage other organizations\' enrichment partners and the implementation of the collective curriculum.•Shares new insights and facilitates change; models adaptability and an awareness of the impact of change.
