Morgan White is a Colorado native with a lifelong competitive spirit and a deep passion for connecting great people with great companies. A 2014 graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Finance, Morgan also played Division I soccer before transferring to Florida State University to pursue her master’s degree. While there, she helped lead the Seminoles to their first-ever NCAA Division I National Championship in women’s soccer. That drive to compete and her winning mentality are now what fuels her work at High Country, where she leads the firm’s HR and People Ops search practice. Morgan is known for her genuine relationship-building approach, her sharp eye for talent, and her commitment to delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Morgan takes full advantage of Colorado’s beauty — whether she’s doing a triathlon, skiing, golfing, or enjoying life with her husband, Justin, their son, Bodie, and their 130-pound four-legged sidekick, Bo.
