About Morgan Tsan

I am a visual designer, maker and creative. I have experience in multiple fields and thrive when working on creative projects that require teamwork, problem solving, design. My work in education, community organizing and design has taught me how to be adaptable, work efficiently with little supervision and work well with a diverse range of people. Having worked for many years in the field of Social Justice, I have picked up many traits that I feel transition very smoothly into the design world including empathy and communication. As an Organizer, we focus on engaging community members, developing leaders, and taking action to achieve a common goal. Because of my experience travels have an ever growing worldwide perspective that has helped me better understand the needs of disenfranchised people and minority groups. I am a creative at heart and have an endless desire to make the world a more beautiful and equitable place. I recently completed the UI/UX Design Bootcamp with All Women and have completed a total of three independent projects as Lead UX Designer over the past two years. I have learned a lot about human centered design, design thinking, and how to prioritize the user at every step along the way in order to design the most effective resources possible. I have practiced each step of user research including user testing, writing research plans, and incorporating data in new design iterations. I am proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, Miro, Notion, Wordpress, Squarespace and Shopify. I love learning new things and can\'t wait to continue to improve as a designer and to work hard to make the world a more inclusive place for all.
