I have a broad range of consulting experience in the A/E/C world that ranges from survey and traditional civil design for land development, municipal, and commercial projects; to both construction management and actual construction of commercial and residential projects as a Class A General Contractor. I have worked on design-bid-build projects, design-build projects, and EPC projects and I have successfully managed complex project scopes and constantly shifting schedules while managing to successfully stay within budget. Currently I work as the Omaha Office Manager overseeing an office of 14 people performing between $4M to $6M in professional design services annually. During the last 30 years of my career I have gotten the opportunity to work on projects throughout the US and I enjoy managing projects and multi-discipline teams to design and construct everything from infrastructure to RNG facilities and multi-story commercial facilities. I am responsible for business development and proposal writing in response to RFPs as well as developing teams and partnerships to pursue work in the Federal marketplace.I am currently licensed as a professional civil engineer in Colorado, Nebraska, and Iowa. I love sorting through new technology and figuring out how to best apply these new tools to the work I do to increase efficiency or add value to my projects or company. When not working, I spend time with my wife, three kids, and dogs and enjoy adventure motorcycling, camping, hunting, and fishing.

   In my additional role as Office Manager for Omaha, NE, I am responsible for the oversight and management of staff and workload for a great office in a rapidly growing company. My new duties include strategic planning, defining office culture, operations, and staff and team management. I will still continue as a senior project manager only with more delegation and training of staff with regards to my previous priorities of project management and support of civil design and construction management for solid waste and environmental projects. I also have the opportunity to lead multi-discipline teams for turn-key construction projects for transfer stations, PFAS treatment, industrial wastewater, and solid waste related projects such as scale houses.
