Morgan is a respected corporate leader, speaker and life coach, with nearly 20 years of industry experience including CRO, Biotech, and Patient Recruitment. Throughout her career, she seamlessly transitioned from the day-to-day management of global clinical trials to program and departmental leadership. In her roles as Director and Associate Director, Clinical Operations for a CRO, she successfully oversaw all aspects of clinical, data, and/or other contracted activities on clinical research projects (including full-service global trials) in order to assure applicable regulations, standard operating procedures and sponsor requirements were met. She was responsible for program leadership and project execution strategy, including project start-up, recruitment and retention strategies, and sponsor oversight of vendors, across multiple studies and programs. She provided leadership and oversight to 20+ direct and indirect reports, including Project Directors, Project Managers, CRAs, and Clinical Administrators. Notably, Morgan served as a leader in the successful clinical operations integration efforts following a global acquisition. She played an integral role in the development, integration, and implementation of global Standard Operation Procedures, including a Quality and Risk Management Program. She also shared the responsible for identifying, establishing, and measuring Key Performance Indicators for the global Clinical Operations Department with other company leaders. She was also responsible for planning and negotiating resourcing, overseeing costs, personnel hours and project needs to determine the most cost effective and efficient means to successfully run and complete clinical trials, serving as a trusted escalation pathway for sponsor and client leadership.Morgan has an excellent understanding of the entire clinical research process, including the critical relationship between clinical operations, data management, and biostatistics; and sponsor, vendors, and sites. She has direct management and leadership experience in a wide array of therapeutic areas.She also specializes in providing confidence coaching to high-achieving women who are on the edge of burnout and feeling trapped in their success, so that they can start making empowered choices and saying \"yes\" to their own needs. With a passion for motherhood and mothers in the workforce, she believes that working makes her a better mom, and being a mom makes her a better leader.
