I leverage over nine years of experience in organizational development, training-instruction, and human resources. In my current role as an Organizational Development Analyst at CalSTRS, I lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives, including our organization’s Mentorship Program. My background includes diverse roles in government program development and administration, all rooted in a commitment to advancing effective HR practices, increasing employee engagement, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Communication Studies (with specializations in instructional & interpersonal communication) from California State University, Fullerton, and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of California, Davis.    Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives, including the CalSTRS Mentorship Program, in support of the Human Resources Leadership Services team.• Manages leadership services contracts, serving as a liaison with external vendors and consultants. Oversees scheduling, deliverables, and implementation of contracts. Supports contract creation, invoice processing, and document management.• Provides enterprise-wide facilitation services, designing and leading effective group sessions tailored to organizational goals using a range of facilitation tools and methods.• Provides subject matter expertise and facilitation of Gallup CliftonStrengths sessions to promote individual and team development.• Coordinates logistics for ad hoc leadership workshops, including scheduling, setup, on-site support, and participant communication.• Develops and maintains key performance metrics and dashboards using Microsoft Excel to evaluate program effectiveness. Analyzes data trends and delivers actionable insights through regular business reports and presentations.• Serves as the Leadership Services administrator and subject matter expert for CalSTRS’ learning management system (LMS).
