About Morgan Meloni
After graduating with my undergraduate degree, I worked in the Financial Development Program at Dana Incorporated. While in this program, I worked in Internal Audit, General Ledger Accounting, and in operations as the Assistant Controller at our largest plant (over $1B Sales in 2017). After graduating the program, I worked in Financial Planning and Analysis, a function of corporate finance. I have also maintained involvement within the community by volunteering weekly for numerous organizations. While in corporate finance, I felt an undeniable calling from the Lord to pursue a career in law, to stand for the freedoms owed to us by our Constitution. Making this career change has been nothing short of daunting, however, I believe God has used my time at Dana to prepare me for it. Constantly changing jobs, moving to different states, and working in a challenging professional environment are just some of the opportunities / lessons Dana has given me that I’ll utilize for the rest of my career. In addition to enabling me to travel the world. More importantly yet, Dana has blessed me with life-long friendships that I’ll cherish for years to come. The people at Dana truly are what makes the company great. Toledo is my home, and I’m thankful to have gained this invaluable experience and met some of the greatest people, right in my own hometown and also across the globe. I’ve conquered many challenges in my life thus far and I’m ready for my next one, law.
