With over 8 years of experience as a certified clinical hypnotherapist and a Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioner, I help my clients tap into their subconscious mind and access their innate wisdom and self-healing abilities. I combine modern neuroscience, ancient spiritual teachings (yogic, Buddhist, and Taoist philosophy and Kundalini yoga) and hypnosis technologies to create personalized and transformative sessions that address their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. As the Guide Relations and Community Director at VIVAYA Live, the first interactive live-streaming yoga and wellness sanctuary, I also manage and support the global network of world-renowned wellness guides who offer a variety of holistic practices, such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, healing arts, and coaching. I support our highly skilled Guide Community grow their impact, while providing them with the integral marketing tools to launch their success. My vision is to empower radical self-love and ignite positive changes for our community and planet.
