WEE School is Carmel’s largest ministry, serving Carmel’s smallest. WEE School provides a Christ-centered environment for preschoolers ages 6 weeks old thru Transitional Kindergarten to learn and grow. The program is designed to meet the needs of the total child and includes activities that help the child grow in all areas of development. All teaching is centered around a “play-based” philosophy where children learn through experiential play with Biblical themes incorporated daily.

Former COO in Professional Services Consulting | Part-time Preschool Employee | Dedicated to FamilyAfter 8 years at Society 54 (as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Chief Operating Officer), I\'ve recently embarked on a new chapter focused on what matters most to me: family and faith.In my previous roles, I honed my skills in strategic leadership, operations management, and fostering growth within teams and organizations. I am proud of the accomplishments and the impact we made together. Now, I\'ve started a new chapter with the primary goals of dedicating more intentional time to my family and helping care for and educate the next generation through a biblical lens. I am now working part time at the WEE School in Matthews, NC where I am privileged to nurture young minds and contribute positively to their early development. It\'s a role that allows me to bring my experience into a nurturing environment while also prioritizing quality time with my own family.I am excited about this new journey, where each day brings fresh opportunities to inspire and be inspired.
