Hi I\'m Morgan! I’m a New York born and bred, people-oriented extrovert currently a junior at Tulane University, with a passion for executive recruiting. My internship at Atrium in 2024 sparked my initial passion for the recruiting industry and gave me real, hands-on experience. I had the opportunity to guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from resume breakdowns to successfully placing them in roles. What excites me most about recruiting is learning what truly motivates people and matching them with opportunities that set them up for long-term success.As I continue my journey in staffing, I’m excited to soak in every experience and learn all sides of the business. Last year, our team raised over for Tulane University.
