Distribution: Providing program and deal activity coverage to enrolled UHNW clients and their advisors.Origination: Interfacing with counterparts from Equity Capital Markets and Merrill\'s Alternative Investments to identify private placement opportunities (Regulation D offerings or co-investments with Private Equity Sponsors).Diligence: Performing deal diligence on opportunities sourced internally working alongside the Investment Bank\'s Equity Capital Commitments team.Internal Awareness: Implementing effective ongoing routines to support the program through internal marketing, branding, education/awareness with Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank Advisors.Risk Management: Proactively managing risks by collaborating with key internal control partners (Legal/Compliance/Governance) to address supervisory and regulatory responsibilities (e.g, Regulation BI, private placement and offshore selling restrictions).Growth Initiatives: Partnering with key stakeholders across Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank to continuously evolve the program to fit the needs of our UHNW clients.Program Successes: Distributed two of the largest private companies to program clients and partnered with top tier Private Equity SponsorsSince the program launch, UHNW client enrolment has grown to over 500 from more than 250 advisor teams
