ABOUT MORGAN FIFE
I represent businesses and individuals in complex litigation concerning a wide range of business- and real property-related matters. I have represented clients in all aspects of lawsuits: from the initial decisions related to costs, risks, and benefits, through trial and appeal on both the state and federal levels. I have also successfully resolved disputes through both arbitration and mediation. The goal of my practice is to assist clients to resolve matters in a way that makes them whole, while addressing the costs and risks inherent to litigation. My practice caters to small and large business, banks, credit unions, developers, contractors, and individuals seeking to navigate the legal system. I have successfully assisted clients in various actions, including collection actions, breach of contract cases, estate disputes, creditor bankruptcy actions challenging dischargeability, foreclosures, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, HOA issues, employment and non competition cases, evictions, and real property disputes. I worked as in-house counsel for a local developer developing residential and resort projects. I have experience in assisting developers through complex issues related to the subdivision and entitlement of planned unit developments (PUD) and condominium projects. I have prepared organizational documents and CCRs for homeowners associations. I have also represented HOAs in the collection of outstanding obligations.
