Looking for an international internship – July 2025 I am a SKEMA Business School – Programme Grande École student, currently on a gap year and interning at Benefit Cosmetics as a Training & Marketing Project Assistant for France. I am developing expertise in operational marketing, project management, and retail. Current Experience At Benefit Cosmetics, I contribute to the deployment of marketing strategies by managing a network of 370 beauty consultants and developing marketing materials for over 300 stores. I have also been involved in the organization of key strategic events and the coordination of field campaigns to enhance the brand’s visibility. Objective I am looking for an international internship starting in July 2025 in the cosmetics and fragrance industry, focusing on marketing, retail, or digital. J’y développe mon expertise en marketing opérationnel, gestion de projet et retail. Expérience actuelle Chez Benefit Cosmetics, je contribue au déploiement de stratégies marketing en animant un réseau de 370 conseillères beauté et en développant des supports marketing pour plus de 300 points de vente. J’ai également participé à l’organisation d’événements stratégiques et à la coordination de campagnes terrain pour renforcer la visibilité de la marque.
