Since August 2021 I have worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a part of the Human Resources Analyst Development Program (HRADP), where I have gained experience and skills in a variety of areas including but not limited to: change management, employee experience, consulting, design thinking, strategy, and qualitative data analysis. My time in the HRADP has provided me experience doing research to understand customer experience and sentiment then creating insights to develop strategies. I am seeking an opportunity to provide insight into the employee experience by refining processes, rethinking strategies, and promoting employee-centric change management practices.
