About Morgan Dill

Hello, my name is Morgan Dill and I am a Senior at Pennsylvania State University where I am studying Business Management through the Smeal College of Business. I will be graduating in May of 2025 and I am open to working in a variety of management roles, primarily focused on Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Throughout my leadership roles on campus, I have discovered a passion for helping others advance educationally and professionally. I have been actively involved in the Rush Committee for the co-ed professional business fraternity Phi Beta Lambda, and I currently hold the position of New Member Liaison, where I am assisting 30 new members through professional development workshops. This past Summer I held the position of Start (Audit) Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers where I gained insight on Audit practices by shadowing experienced employees, completing comprehensive case studies, and sitting in on meetings. Through this internship, I developed strong professional relationships and worked with a team to provide quality deliverables in an efficient manner. These projects enhanced my communication and teamwork skills, as well as my technical skills. I believe that my experience in and out of the classroom has equipped me with the proper skills necessary in leading and working efficiently with others. I am a passionate individual who loves to see others succeed and I look forward to carrying that passion into my work post-graduation.
