Manage junior staff. Conduct research on the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), ACCUPLACER suite of tests, AP, and the SAT. Lead committee workshops to pull anchor papers and score sets of papers for use in the recalibration of electronic essay scoring engine. Manage research and analysis work on the SAT for NCLB in Maine including primary responsibility for the development of the technical manual. Work with cross-functional teams within the College Board and externally to develop a new computer adaptive test platform for ACCUPLACER. Work with internal team to design and implement quality control processes within the College Board by creating as is process flows, conducting risk analysis, and using risk analysis results to produce new quality control processes. Conduct research related to students with disabilities and the SAT. Work with ETS to develop improved processes for the web based standard setting system used by the CLEP program. Evaluate operational work plans from ETS for the CLEP program and provide feedback. Assist CLEP program in decision making on psychometric issues. Provide internal expertise on standard setting, generalizability theory, and assessing students with disabilities. Present to internal audiences and to external client audiences on issues associated with test score integrity and setting cut scores for use in college placement. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate standard setting workshops for the Advanced Placement (AP) program. Train staff on standard setting and oversee psychometric work for single panel and multiple panel standard setting meetings using a variety of methodology including Bookmark, Modified Angoff, Extended Angoff, Mean Estimation, Body of Work, Analytical Judgment, and methods modified for use with computer adaptive testing. Conduct statewide validity studies for consumers of College Board assessments. Conduct generalizability analyses to monitor reader reliability for the Advanced Placement (AP) program.
