Current businesses include Hoogland Restaurant Group, Legacy Commercial Property, Highland Pure Water & Ice, and Intune Physical Therapy.My responsibilities include, but are not limited to- Talent scouting and acquisition for corporate openings within numerous departments including sales, accounting, property management, human resources, construction, operations, information technology, and marketing- Coaching field managers on best hiring tips, offering advice and recruiting assistance on a regular basis- Ad writing for several platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake- Familiarity with two different applicant tracking systems (ATS), Clear Company and Paradox- Managing full onboarding process including offer letters, new hire paperwork, and background checks- Leading meetings both in office and virtually- Conducting interviews on a daily basis - Analyzing recruitment/job ad performance data and developing weekly reports to present to the executive leadership team
