About Morgan Bobadilla
I help founders build the legal foundations they need to scale with confidence.After a decade as a General Counsel for large technical and industrial firms, I realized that small and mid-sized businesses were outgrowing their early systems but were underserved by traditional law firm models. They didn\'t need a tax collector; they needed a partner.I founded Understory Advising PLLC to act as the internal legal architect for these companies. My aim is to replace the \"five-alarm fire\" reactive model of law with a proactive, membership-based partnership.I don\'t believe in 50-page handbooks that sit on a shelf. I believe in well-tended foundations that allow founders to focus on growth. By offering predictable, recurring legal support, I help leaders articulate exactly what kind of in-house department they need and then provide the steady counsel to build it.
