Currently an Integrated Product Team Lead and Cost Accounts Manager at Lockheed Martin with FBM. In addition to my role at Lockheed Martin, I am also a silent partner and co-founder of Juniper Tree Market, a retail store that offers curated products from local and global artisans. I participate in quarterly management meetings to help drive the business forward. When I was active, I managed the $50k+ buildout project, coordinated with contractors, architects, and city planners, and launched the website, social media, and point of sale systems. I also analyze sales data, purchase inventory, and establish long-term relationships with over 100 wholesale vendors. Since opening in March 2020, we have increased sales revenue by 148% and average ticket price by 30%.With over 9 years of experience in business operations, management, digital media, project management, and communication, I am passionate about creating value and impact through innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving.
