ABOUT MORGAN WONG
Hello! My name is Morgan Wong, and I am a graduate student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the CUNY School of Professional Studies, with a background in management and over two years of experience supporting high school graduates through postsecondary transitions. I’ve worked across college, workforce, and training pathways while managing large caseloads of 250–300 students per cycle, using data and consistent outreach to help students stay on track and overcome barriers.I most recently served as a Senior Bridge Coach with CUNY K–16 Initiatives, where I supported both students and staff by facilitating trainings, onboarding and mentoring coaches, and contributing to program operations and hiring processes. These experiences have strengthened my interest in leadership, organizational systems, and student-centered work. I’m seeking opportunities in higher education, youth development, nonprofit, or human resources settings where I can apply people-focused strategies to support individual growth and program success.I am always eager to expand my network and meet new people. Feel free to connect at anytime!
