ABOUT MORGAN TOWNSEND
I’ve worn many hats : child actor, architect, university tutor, client-side project manager. Each chapter sharpened my ability to adapt, communicate, problem solve and deliver. In my role at EY in Sydney, I supported my team in steering complex infrastructure projects over $750M (AUD) in value, aligning diverse stakeholders, solving fast-moving challenges, and driving execution end-to-end. I thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy turning complexity into clarity. Where I’m heading Now based in Berlin on sabbatical, I’m exploring opportunities in ConTech, Design, Tech, and AI 🤖. I’m interested in roles in project management, account management, sales, marketing, operations, and growth, where I can bring structure, creativity, and build strong relationships. When I’m not exploring new sectors, I’m sketching, doing digital illustration (often blending AI), or DJing in Berlin’s vibrant music scene.
