Responsible for the operational and financial performance of two practice locations consisting of five providers that service approximately 150 patients per day. Manage a team of 20 clinical and non-clinical associates • Work with the other practice sites to create daily staffing schedules and implement physician schedule and template adjustments to maximize productivity • Conduct performance evaluations and human resource conversations for staff • Coordinated the training and implementation of a new EMR (eClinicalWorks) for both clinical and nonclinical associates at the sites. Effectively maintained 50% and 75% productivity in weeks one and two of go-live • Revamped the Aesthetics service line. The Aesthetics service line includes about 15 service offerings and 50+ product offerings• Heavily involved in the development of practice wide COVID safety procedures. • Monitored open clinic encounters, erroneous charges, and registration errors to help maintain a strong revenue cycle.
