Senior Scientist, Investigative Toxicology at TesseraI am a chemical biologist with a strong background in drug development and oncology. Past research experience includes investigating LNP mRNA-based therapeutics for targeted protein degradation of c-MYC, as well as identifying small molecule binders and molecular glues of E3 ligases in order to modulate the post-translational stability of MYC and other oncogenic transcription factors. I also have extensive training in in vitro characterization of Pt(IV) prodrugs that target ovarian cancer stem cells. I further investigated of their mechanism of action by fatty acid uptake and mitochondrial targeting.
