About Morgan Greenlee
I currently function part-time as a clinical OT and part-time as my facility\'s safe patient handling and mobility (SPHM) coordinator. In this role, I act as a clinical expert in problem solving complex patient care situations and supporting day-to-day clinical SPHM operations. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create, implement, and evaluate current SPHM initiatives; work with nursing leadership to develop unit-specific programming; interface with vendors and organize training for new equipment; and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing service recovery behaviors to mitigate the impact of clinical breakdowns related to SPHM and patient care. I am looking to grow my impact in the SPHM sphere with my next goal being to transition to a full time role in patient safety and quality operations and to obtain my Certified Safe Patient Handling Clinician (CSPHC) certification.
