I began my career in insurance as an Account Representative with an employee benefits broker where I focused on generating new business and preparing groups for carrier submission. I then moved to Raleigh, NC where I took on a sales role as a Personal Lines Account Manager. This role that allowed me to develop cold calling and communication skills in order to meet monthly quotas and reach my sales goals. I was then lead to my next step within the Commercial Lines insurance industry at USI, where I have furthered my account management and customer service skills.
