Optimize the Arizona Complete Health and Care1st Crisis System by analyzing data and dispatching clinical teams to community crises. This includes data from our statewide Crisis Line/988 vendor, statewide crisis response teams, and statewide facility based services which helps us understand the community\'s mental health needs. Analyzed data helps intercept individuals in a crisis from entering the justice system and emergency department and connect them with the appropriate services. Present and collaborate with system partners and internal teams on how to use our data to help communities utilizing crisis services and integrate vendors into this process. Assist in implementing policies based on established trends to better increase crisis system utilization for the individuals that need it most.
