ABOUT MORGAN ROMMAN

I\'m a recent graduate of BCIT’s Entrepreneurship Marketing program with a background in client-focused work and a strong interest in values-driven brands. Before business school, I spent 6 years as a hairstylist, building a solid foundation in communication, organization, and relationship-building—skills I now apply to marketing strategy, project coordination, and brand storytelling. I\'m looking to join a team where I can contribute, grow, and bring creative, thoughtful energy to real-world marketing challenges—especially those tied to sustainability, community, or social impact. Outside of work, I’m always in the kitchen or working on a new creative project.
