I’m the type of person who will bring high expectations of detail to stay on track. I will bring the routine tasks to completion, as well as a helping hand to those who want to learn and succeed so that they may have someone they know they can depend on. The type of person that I am, believes that each unique capability of everyone around me should be brought out so they can focus on what they can do well, to support their own point of view. Knowing this about myself, I find that I work best in an environment where there are others around me with whom I can discuss and relate my work so we may talk through ideas, and together, can come to conclusions. The environment seems to have clear procedures that give clear direction to handling tasks: tasks that I know I can concentrate on what I do well.
