About Morgan Rachal
I began my journey in manufacturing in material distribution in 2015. I worked as a Kanban coordinator, learning how to work in Excel and how to drive a forklift, among the main principles of lean manufacturing and corporate governance. I accepted a position in purchasing in March of 2017. Since, I have been heavily involved in multiple continuous improvement projects and have led a resourcing project totaling 13 million dollars in initial savings. I am well versed in the industry and have a passion for manufacturing, particularly material flow.
