In 2003 I incorporated Patriot Capital, a boutique investment entity concentrated on sourcing start up businesses seeking go-public transactions. Patriot assists founders in M&A opportunities with publicly traded shell companies across various sectors, including but not limited to metals and mining, healthcare, technology and more.In 2015 I began serving on public company boards and taking senior management positions assisting the growth of junior deals mainly through restructuring, M&A, capital raising, marketing and more. In 2018 I founded Carlyle Commodities Corp, subsequently listing the Company onto the CSE. Carlyle owns 100% of The Newton Gold Project, an advanced exploration and development gold asset located in central BC. I recently led the Company in raising over $2.2M as we deploy 2023 plans for further develop the resource expansion of Newton with high optimism to create significant shareholder value for all stock holders.
