Stratus is a multifaceted aviation company engaging in design, restoration, brokering, purchase and sales, and consulting. From launching the company to the present, Morgan has been responsible for: • Consulting to foreign government national airlines for leases, partnerships, and technical aspects of operations. • Managing all company flight, legal, financial, accounting, and marketing activities, including operations in several countries. • Importing, exporting, purchasing and selling numerous aircraft and aviation parts and equipment. • Performing financial investment analysis for go-no go decisions on projects and operations. • Overseeing rebuild, overhaul, repair, and restoration of aircraft ranging from high-performance modern composite aircraft to golden-era, pre-World War II rare vintage aircraft. • Brokering aircraft such as narrow-body passenger jets, high-performance turbo-props, and World War II collectible fighter aircraft. • Coordinating above activities with consultants and heads of company maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, and operations. Currently, Morgan is developing a novel aerial technology we believe to be a breakthrough capability with global social benefit. This is in the process to become Morgan\'s fourth technology patent.
