ABOUT MORGAN PENISTON

A driven, versatile, and process-driven marketing professional with competencies in marketing automation, email campaigns, communications and analytics. I first considered a career in marketing after discovering my curiosity for psychology and organizational behavior. After exploring both the art and science sides of marketing I realized my passion for leveraging MarTech and marketing strategy to affect change within an organization and with prospective clients. I believe strong efforts in internal and external marketing are essential for any firm to gain new business, enhance employee or client experience and attract top talent. Over the last 5 years I have developed skills and interests in- Using Marketing Automation Software (MAS) such as Marketo integrated with Salesforce, ON24, and Cvent - Leading B2B Marketing Campaigns via email and social media using Marketo, MailChimp, LinkedIn, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud- Event Planning using Marketo, On24, Cvent, and EventCreate - Marketing Analytics and Data Visualization using PowerBI and Excel - 🧱 Building Digital Assets such as landing pages, thought capital, and social media content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Canva, Marketo and basic understanding of HTML- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) leadership - Cross-Functional Teamwork with stakeholders and collaborators to deploy campaigns for internal and external initiatives I\'m always open to growing my network, feel free to reach out to me directly on LinkedIn.
