Drive standardization initiatives, harmonize guidelines and align with the involved central functions e.g. legal, IRM etc. Develop, maintain and communicate all procurement related guidelines and policies. Design and implement guideline improvements (including automation) that reduce the non-value-added work and provide with insights that improve time spent and effectiveness of interactions- Monitoring, controlling and reporting of the CPA budget, cost control and cost allocation (headcount) in collaboration with RHPO and FMR-Planning & Expense Budget & Control- Manages and sets priorities for performance management, leads and supports an employee-engaged culture, create and implement a training and development roadmap for the CPA team- Drive with the Global Supplier Enablement function the supplier enablement strategy and improve standardization- Lead CPA transformational projects that incorporate processes.
