Her prior assignments at Bank of America included working in the Enterprise Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations groups. She began her career in the Equity Capital Markets group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she participated in the origination and execution of equity and equity- linked transactions for clients across all industries.Morgan earned a BA in Economics from Princeton University. While at Princeton, Morgan was a member of the nationally ranked varsity crew team for four years. She now trains for marathons and has completed a full Ironman triathlon. Morgan is an associate board member of The Covenant House and is a member of The Lawrenceville School’s Alumni Association Executive Committee. She resides in New York City with her husband, son and daughter.
