About Morgan Moon
I’m a motivated and dedicated third year Computer Science student in the Honors College at Miami University, pairing my technical education with a minor in Management to build a well-rounded, people-centered approach to tech. I’m especially drawn to roles that combine organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration to bring big ideas to life. My education blends technical depth with a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and business strategy, all skills I believe are essential for driving meaningful innovation in tech. With a strong foundation in both business and computing, I thrive in environments where I can connect teams, manage moving parts, and keep projects on track. I bring strength in bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, making complex concepts accessible and aligning diverse perspectives to move projects forward. As a project management intern at Firelands Health, I contributed to several initiatives within the IT department. In this role, I gained hands-on experience coordinating projects, facilitating cross-functional communication, and supporting IT efforts in a healthcare setting. I helped track and organize key initiatives, collaborated with diverse teams, and developed a deeper understanding of how technology supports organizational goals. This experience strengthened my interest in roles that combine systems thinking with collaborative execution. My background includes hands-on experience with Java, Python, and C++, as well as ongoing leadership development through the Lilly Leadership Institute. I enjoy creating structure, building connections, and making sure the work gets done effectively and efficiently.I’m excited to grow into a leadership role where I can use both my technical training and my people-first mindset to guide innovation and make an impact across industries.
