The PACE (Professional Accelerated Cross-Functional Experience) consists of three 8-month rotations in various departments at BMW\'s Plant Spartanburg. Rotation 1: Supplier Quality Specialist for the Powertrain and Driving DynamicsAs part of the Supplier Quality department, I minimize in-line defects and rework through supplier relationships and containment. I ensure minimal fallout of defective parts, complete root analyses, and identify supplier process improvements. I also support the Supplier Quality department data systems, through automation and visualization.
