Managing and updating the budget.• Identify owner initiated changes, provide appropriate notification(s), distribute to affected parties, estimate impacts, prepare change requests, negotiate pricing,prepare change orders, and expedite resolution.• Soliciting additional bids, creating, and issuing subcontracts and purchase orders and distributing to affected parties.• Conducting scope review meetings with potential subcontractors, maintaining and distributing meeting minutes.• Scheduling and supporting subcontractor job conferences, maintaining and distributing meeting minutes.• Reviewing subcontractor and supplier change requests.• Expedite, review, and assembling of closeout documentation including Warranties and O&M data for TIMELY submittal of O&M Manuals.• Participating in preparation of punchlist and distributing to affected parties.• Finalizing change orders, payment applications, and other documentation in order to close out the project in a timely fashion.• Supporting project completion meetings. Documenting lessons learned for future use.
