I never planned to build three businesses. But when you spend 14 years as a board-certified pediatrician and clinical informaticist, you start to see gaps — in how medical information is communicated, in how healthcare professionals navigate their careers, and in how physicians find their way when clinical medicine is no longer the right fit. My first leap was into medical writing. I took the communication skills I\'d honed with patients, families, and clinicians and built Morgan Leafe, MD, where my team of physician medical writers and I help organizations create advisory board summaries, CME materials, board review content, patient- and clinician-facing articles, slide decks, and more across dozens of therapeutic areas. That work opened my eyes to something bigger. I kept meeting brilliant healthcare professionals who were stuck — talented people who didn\'t know how to tell their story on paper or position themselves for the roles they deserved. So I built a career strategy practice serving individuals and organizations across the healthcare, health tech, and pharmaceutical industries. I offer resume writing, LinkedIn profile workshops, and interview coaching for individuals, plus keynote talks and conference booth experiences for organizations, all enhanced by AI-powered career tools that give my clients a real edge. Then came the Nonclinical Physicians Network, where I serve as Co-Executive Director. We provide resources and community support for physicians exploring careers beyond the exam room, because changing direction shouldn\'t mean starting over alone. The thread connecting all of it?
