Conducted vendor comparisons and led successful negotiations to sourceall equipment from a single vendor, streamlining project timelines and increasing efficiency.• Analyzed and designed a lead refinement system to streamline the capture and documentation of thepatient-to-patient referral process, leading to an increase in outbound connections by 135%.• Developed an interactive physician prioritization metric to evaluate potential strategic partnerships,assessing physician performance in order to forecast success in meeting patient volume targets.
