ABOUT MORGAN KRAMER

With over a year of work experience in training and sales, I am passionate about developing and delivering effective learning solutions that enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in health science, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of the medical device industry. I am eager to join an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and diversity, and where I can contribute to its mission and vision.As a Training Intern at Janssen, I led employee learning initiatives by conducting field research to identify gaps in training, redesigning and relaunching existing podcast platform and audio book training resources, and creating field communication and graphics execution plan. I collaborated with key stakeholders and vendors to standardize hiring processes and onboarding initiatives for new hires. I also developed social media campaigns to promote resident events and increase leasing interest as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at The Maxxen. I have skills in employee training, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
