Conducting evaluations, developing occupation-based treatment plans, actively collaborating with various disciplines for co-treatment sessions, developing care plans, and discharge planning. • Actively treating patients with the following diagnoses but not limited to COVID-19, CVA, spinal cord injury and CNS conditions, knee/hip/shoulder/spine ortho, various cardiac and pulmonary conditions, medically complex, limb amputation, endocrine conditions, infectious disease, alcohol withdrawal, and related psych.• Managing hospital wide new and pre-existing therapy orders to create daily patient treatment schedules for occupational and physical therapists.• Active liaison between therapy department and managers through serving on Recognition & Retention committee to ensure therapist’s needs are being addressed and recognized for their accomplishments.
