ABOUT MORGAN HESS
I tenaciously represent businesses and business owners in Illinois state and federal courts on a variety of matters, always aiming to swiftly obtain a just result for my client. I am proud to work alongside a team of attorneys at BWMS who can address nearly every legal issue that an individual, business owner, and/or business may encounter.I am a member of Chicago Volunteer Legal Service\'s Junior Board and Chicago’s LGBTQ+ Bar Association, mentoring law students at the University of Illinois College of Law and through the Chicago Bar Association in my free time. I am a proud alumnus of the University of Illinois College of Law and Marquette University. I externed in the Circuit Court of Cook County for the Honorable Debra B. Walker (now a First District Appellate Court Justice) and have authored articles on diversity in the legal profession for the Illinois State Bar Association. I am a published poet and prior competitor in tournament slalom water skiing.
