About Morgan Heeke
My current role is Americas Application Development Team (ADT) Chair. I lead the cross-function ADTs comprising of Marketing, Sales, and Customer/Application Development (CAD) Technology resources to develop and execute segment roadmaps to grow the regional PVE business profitability. I am focused on the development of Rigids/Recycle segment, including the applicability of the newly developed and underdevelopment products. Potential new grade development for these markets is also in scope. Recently I was a market developer for Polyethylene, with focus on agricultural film, thick liner, & industrial film applications. I lead the strategy in Agriculture and thick liners for CANUSA Market. Guidance for multifunctional high performance team with marketing, sales and technology personnel. Additionally, I support sustainability efforts associate with brand owners & converters.Previously I was in a product management role as Raw Material Advisor role for Elastomers and Resins (E&R). I managed security of supply (SoS) for 3 different product groups globally: Butyl, Vistalon™ EPDM, and Adhesions. I supported procurement of various raw material force majeure/supply disruptions during COVID-19. I had responsibility for assessing, aggregating, and stewarding raw material risks, developing workplans to reduce \"high risk\" Raw materials; lead x-functional raw material management teams including procurement, Site supply chain, technology, & manufacturing. I analyzed risk/reward scenarios for raw material sourcing globally. I served as GBU Quality advisor, where I completed our global assessment process and launched global stewardship deck. In this role I also supervised & onboarded new hire to the company, supporting various product management projects. I joined ExxonMobil Chemical in Oct 2018 as a Polyethylene account manager in the heritage Chemicals company. I managed sales of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and Vistamaxx™ to distributors in both Mexico and USA. My responsibilities included negotiating and implemented monthly price position relative to market dynamics & managing major supply disruptions (ex: COVID disruptions, Winter Storm Uri, & various Hurricanes). I received global recognition award for sales growth in high density polyethylene. At 3M I served as an account manager for various divisions and sales channels. Majority of my time was spent in the Consumer Business Group (CBG), specifically Stationery & Office Supplies (SOSD). I hold two degrees in business administration from the Baylor University: Professional Selling, and Marketing.
