   Full time contract position within the Bureau of Overseas Building Operations• Conduct research on national and international artists, exhibitions, and publications for U.S. embassies, ambassadorial residences, consulates, and chanceries• Project lead on three exhibitions (Dar Es Salaam, Panama, Tunis) that involved internal and external stakeholders to ensure its success • Compile and enter data on art acquisitions and loans using The Museum System (TMS)• Responsible for generating and issuing loan agreements to lenders, assembling label text, and writing exhibition catalogs• Support marketing initiatives by creating content for Art in Embassies’ social media• Spearhead proposed artwork donations from embassy posts by submitting vet reports and bringing requests to a vote with the OBO Art Committee• Liaise with embassy posts that request artwork refreshes in representational spaces• Manage email inquiries related to the Art in Embassies office• Cultivate and maintain vendor relations with artists, curators, galleries, foundations, and museums
